
These cookies are packed with natural flavour & fiber. They are a healthy satisfying snack to have ready when you crave a sweet healthy treat.
Ingredients
- 250 grams of oats
- 3 ripe bananas
- 150 grams of sultanas
- 2 carrots
- 3 red apples
- 3 table spoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons of natural nut butter
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
- Serves 25 cookies
Instructions
Heat the oven to 200 degrees and peel & mash the bananas in bowl.
Grate all the carrots & apples with their skins on.
Place all the ingredients in one bowl & mix thoroughly together.
Then separate into individual cookie portions & place on a well coconut oiled tin foil or grease proof paper & cook for 30 minutes, until lightly golden in colour.

Natural nut butters are a fantastic alternative to peanut butter & don’t contain the unhealthy saturated fats. This makes them a great protein source when consumed in moderation.
