This is such a simple and hydrating summer drink
5 minutes serves 4 people
- Handful of mint leaves
- 1 small cucumber (100g)
- Handful of frozen berries (100g)
- 1 Lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon.
- 2 Litres of water or unsweetened coconut water
Mix all the ingredients into a large jug and leave it to diffuse for at least half an hour or over night in the fridge. This is so refreshing you literally feel clean and detoxified after drinking this wonderful mix of vitamins and minerals.
